As the head of technology at the nonprofit organization EliteAllTek, Lionel is dedicated to his long-time dream to help empowering African’s youth to achieve their professional goals. He aims to equip them with the necessary knowledge and tools to become a fully engaged participant in the rapidly evolving technology landscape and transformation the world is undergoing. CCS INC board is committed to supporting local start-ups and entrepreneurs in the African region. Lionel holds a master’s degree in telecommunication from the prestigious Paris-sud University in Paris, France.

Pilar March serves as the head of human resources at the nonprofit organization EliteAllTek . With her background in information technology staff augmentation, she is well-equipped to tackle the challenges related to the workforce shortage in technology across the globe. In addition to her staffing expertise, Pilar has ten years experience in digital payment system for Merchant Service worldwide. She has successfully forged strategic partnership with organizations in the Global South by leveraging her fluency in English, Spanish and French. Pilar established collaborations in countries such as South Africa, Tunisia, Senegal, Chili, Argentina, Venezula, Mexico.
